CM Mourns sad demise of Ex-Chief editor Akali Patrika Bharpur Singh Balbir

Punjab Chief Minister Mr. Parkash Singh Badal today condoled the sad demise of former Chief Editor of the Jalandhar based Punjabi Daily Akali Patrika and Aaj Di Awaz Mr. Bharpur Singh Balbir (89), who passed away at Jalandhar after a prolonged illness.
In a condolence message, Mr. Badal described Mr. Bharpur Singh Balbir as an outstanding journalist. Sharing his heartfelt sympathies with the bereaved family, the Chief Minister prayed to the Almighty to give courage to bear this irreparable loss in this hour of grief and grant eternal peace to the departed soul.
